Top notch gym! Includes every piece of equipment you could think of, classes ranging from HIIT workouts to cycling to pilates and fantastic facilities. I love the showers, clean bathrooms, and especially sauna. Very convenient having all of the nutrients, pre workouts and protein powder located at the front desk, along with a protein shake area and always friendly staff. The only downer about Fitness Cartel (and it’s not even their fault) is how extremely busy it is. I found the only near quiet times are Saturday and Sunday nights 😂 Stoked to hear they’re opening one up in Sippy Downs as well, so that should solve that issue. Otherwise, 10/10 gym! ~ Chelsea S
Sharing positivity to a younger generation!!! The importance of saying hello! Good to see you today and good bye when you leave FC. Probably the only fitness centre I have attended where all the staff will say something to you to welcome you when you enter and when you leave. I think it’s extremely healthy, helpful, polite but most of all you feel special… valued.! Zane would have to be the happiest person ever at the reception, young, polite and a good coffee maker if you drink à black coffee like me. But in fairness to the other people working at the reception at FC, everyone is doing the best to create a strong positive brand fitness cartel has become. ~ Michael P
Best gym I have ever attended. Where do I even start. I have been a member for 18 months so my review came from a Long term observation and consistency. Let me make it simple Friendly staff 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Communication and customer care 5/5 Affordable apparel and supps 5/5 Range of machine, oh don’t even get me started on that one, best I have ever seen 5/5 Constantly upgrading the machines: 5/5 Urgently fixing broken machine: 5/5 Pricing 5/5 Flexibility with membership and cancellation 5/5 Sale: 5/5 Creche: 5/5 Fitness trainers: 5/5.
